A huge ‘thank you’ to those who assisted in providing the meal and foot washing presentation at Arbor Place in Lancaster on April 6^th. We prepared and packed the meals in our new kitchen, then transported them to Arbor Place where we served about 65 youth.

Following the meal, a presentation on communion and the practice of foot-washing was done by Rick and Marcy High.

For those who are not familiar with Arbor Place, it was started in 1984 by a Mennonite pastor and his wife as a faith-based after-school program for youth in Lancaster City. Over the years the center has developed intentional programs for youth development, preparing them for adulthood. This past year they have started a mentoring program to help youth find a pathway to their working future.
