The morning includes three breakout sessions. See their description below.
Some of the questions we are going to find answers to this morning are:
- Who am I? Does God see me? How do I experience breakthroughs?
- What tools have I been given to stay rooted in Him no matter the circumstances we face?
- How do I live in freedom and embrace peace in my heart when there is chaos all around me?

Breakout Sessions
Kintsugi - Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, silver, or platinum, highlighting the cracks rather than hiding them. This technique celebrates the imperfections and history of an object, transforming damage into something beautiful. Kintsugi embraces the idea that something broken can become more valuable and meaningful through its restoration, symbolizing resilience and the beauty of impermanence.
Journaling - Find a peaceful and quiet space where you can be fully present with God and yourself. Take a moment to settle into the stillness, allowing your mind and body to relax. With your journal in hand, reflect on the experiences, emotions, and insights from the day. This time of reflection is an opportunity to connect deeply with God, process your experiences, and create space for clarity and growth. Prompting questions and journals will be provided.
Art Journaling - Use the provided paper and an array of art supplies—such as paints, colored pencils, markers, and pens—to create a piece of art that reflects the thoughts, feelings, and experiences you’ve had throughout the day. Whether you choose to paint, color, or draw, allow the materials to guide your expression as you transform your emotions and reflections into a visual form. Embrace the process of exploration and self-expression, knowing that the artwork you create is a unique reflection of your identity in Christ.
