Born and raised in Lancaster County, Hunter and his wife Grace have 3 children. Hunter graduated from Eastern Mennonite Seminary in 2005 and from Fuller Theological in 2013. Having joined Neffsville as Lead Pastor in 2015, Hunter has been creating a church atmosphere where all ages can participate in meeting God, and is passionate about serving a congregation where all would feel comfortable and safe exploring and growing in their relationship with Jesus.
Associate Pastor of Youth Ministries
Dwight joined the Neffsville staff in 1991 as the Associate Pastor of Youth Ministries. He has studied at Lancaster Bible College and Eastern Mennonite University. Dwight and his wife Jenny have four children, Michael, Darian, Carrisa and Hunter. He enjoys hunting, skiing and yard work. Dwight’s vision is to provide opportunities for service both locally and globally, help youth better understand what it means to be followers of Jesus and to meet them wherever they are in their spiritual journey.
Pastor of Lay Ministries and Young Adults
NanaSue joined the Neffsville staff in November of 2016 as Pastor of Lay Ministries and Young Adults. She earned her B.A. in Youth Ministries at Eastern University. NanaSue and her husband Kevin have three children. Her joy is helping people grow in who they are in Christ, her passion is walking with people as they discover the talents God has placed within them and her excitement is watching them use those gifts to see God’s kingdom come!
Director of Children's Faith Formation
Dani joined the Neffsville staff in March of 2017 as the Director of Faith Formation. She graduated from Messiah College in May of 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Dani enjoys having annual reading competitions with her father. Her goal is to create a safe space where children can come and have fun, while still learning about themselves, God, and their peers; and to make sure children feel like a valued part of the kingdom of God and Neffsville Mennonite Church.
Director of Communications
Dean joined the staff at Neffsville as the Director of Communication in February 2007 after spending many years in the construction industry. His current role provides opportunities ranging from technical support to creating graphics, videos and printed media for numerous church functions. Dean and his wife Deb live in Lititz and are the parents of two adult children, Jordan and Lauren. Dean’s goal is to use his talents of writing, photography, and videography to help build a sense of community within the church.
Glenn began serving the congregation March, 2009. He has a Master’s degree in church music from Westminster Choir College and attended Eastern Mennonite University. He has served a variety of churches, directed several choirs in the community, and is the founder of Harmonies.org. Glenn and his wife, Dorcas, live in Leola. He enjoys walking, meditating, writing, and helping his grandchildren discover the world. Glenn believes that all of the arts can be moments with God.
Julie joined the staff in May 2009. She has had many experiences as an administrative assistant in schools, business and churches. Her current role is to provide administrative assistance to the staff. She and her husband, Brent, are members of Crossway Church and reside in the Millersville area.
Director of Music and Worship
Rashard Allen, originally from Slatington, PA, near Allentown, joined the staff in 2018. He has served in professional worship ministry for almost 20 years, 17 of those years full-time, serving churches in Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, and here in Lancaster County, where he has lived for the past 14 years. He has a Bachelor of Music from Oberlin Conservatory of Music, a Master's in Sacred Music from Perkins School of Theology, and a Doctor of Worship Studies from The Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies. Rashard lives in Maytown with his wife, Michele, and his three children: Andrew (15), Lizzy (13), and Deborah (10). He is a professional basketball junkie and enjoys cooking, writing music, and spending quality time with his family.
Jordan Weidler is currently attending Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary to receive his Master's in Ministry, Leadership, and Culture. Previously, he received his Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and served as a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and Early Learning Center Director for 7 years. Jordan is excited to be moving into ministry and is passionate about communicating the message of Jesus in a way that connects with people not used to church culture or religion in general. He lives on a farm in Manheim with his wife Carren and loves to read, connect with God in nature, blast music in the car, root for the Philadelphia Eagles, and eat.
