In compliance with the CDC's recommendations to avoid all gatherings in an effort to curb the coronavirus this breakfast has been canceled. We are so sorry that this has happened, not only for YWAM's sake, but for the sake of millions of people across the globe.
No charge for breakfast. Donations will be accepted.
YWAM’s University of the Nations
Port Harcourt, Nigeria
Neffsville Mennonite Church’s Men’s Prayer Breakfast is sponsoring a fundraiser breakfast to help YWAM Nigeria continue to develop their “University of the Nations” campus in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The morning speaker is Paul Childers, Director of University of the Nations, Kona, Hawaii, and an advocate for this school in Nigeria.
For almost 20 years, YWAM and the University of the Nations have headed up a work in Nigeria. With militancy raging and persecution of Christians in the north, they provide a safe haven for widows and orphans fleeing this turmoil. Training and additional support, like the proposed Christian elementary school, are provided by YWAM. For some context, view this video, which explains the origin of the conflicts in Nigeria.
