Missions

Over the years Neffsville Mennonite Church has been involved in many outreach endeavors. From Australia to Argentina, Africa to Mexico, Uruguay to Haiti, Peru and beyond, we are involved in spreading the love of Christ around the globe. We work through Mennonite Disaster Service (MDS), Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), Mennonite Mission Network (MMN), Serving With Appalachian People (SWAP), Center for Student Missions (CSM), and Habitat for Humanity locally and globally.

Four times a year, when a month has a fifth Sunday, we gather at 8:45 AM in the Fellowship Hall to hear sharing from missionary teams.

Mental Health Sunday

As part of our Local Community Outreach, we will be hosting Mental Health Sunday on October 23. Our desire is to share the wonderful resources available in our community to support mental health and reduce the stigma associated with it. Two organizations will be sharing during the SS hour: Lone Oak Therapeutic and Samaritan Counseling. Lone Oak is a non-profit that provides equine therapy for individuals, families, groups, schools, and veterans. Samaritan Counseling Center will be sharing the struggles our youth are facing as well as their teen Hope program. Bob Justice will be preaching the sermon during the service. We look forward to sharing this information with the congregation
